We will make good faith efforts to resolve any disputes through informal negotiation. If we are unable to reach a resolution within 60 days, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and LocalLLM.in regarding the service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the service.
